1. Delivery Timeline

We strive to deliver your products within 3 to 7 business days after your order is confirmed.

  • Inside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the location.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The total shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor your delivery status.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package to your specified address.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and provide a valid phone number for communication.

5. Unexpected Delays

In case of political strikes, natural disasters, or technical issues with courier services, the delivery might take slightly longer than the estimated 3-7 days. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

১. ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা

আপনার অর্ডারটি কনফার্ম করার পর সাধারণত ৩ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।

  • ঢাকার ভেতরে: সাধারণত ২-৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: লোকেশনের ওপর ভিত্তি করে ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।

২. শিপিং চার্জ

পণ্যের ওজন এবং ডেলিভারি লোকেশনের ওপর ভিত্তি করে শিপিং চার্জ নির্ধারণ করা হয়। অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার আগে চেকআউট পেজে আপনি মোট শিপিং চার্জ দেখতে পাবেন।

৩. অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং

আপনার অর্ডারটি ডেলিভারির জন্য পাঠানো হলে আপনাকে একটি কনফার্মেশন মেসেজ বা ইমেইল দেওয়া হবে, যার মাধ্যমে আপনি আপনার পার্সেলের অবস্থান জানতে পারবেন।

৪. ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া

  • আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনার আপনার দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পণ্যটি পৌঁছে দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করবে।
  • পণ্য গ্রহণের জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে সঠিক ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করুন এবং ঠিকানায় কারো উপস্থিতি নিশ্চিত করুন।

৫. অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত বিলম্ব

রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কারিগরি সমস্যার কারণে ডেলিভারি ৩-৭ দিনের চেয়ে কিছুটা বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে। এমন পরিস্থিতিতে আপনার ধৈর্য আমাদের একান্ত কাম্য।
